A PASSION FOR TEACHING & GIVING BACK
My journey in early childhood education began at The Workshop in Venezuela, where I worked as a teaching assistant for six years, helping children between the ages of 2 and 6 develop foundational skills through play-based learning. Beyond the classroom, I created engaging afternoon programs designed to encourage creativity, social interaction, and hands-on exploration.

My passion for working with children started even earlier, through a foundation I started at a children’s hospital in Venezuela. Seeing the impact of small acts of kindness, I organized toy drives, art projects, and play sessions to bring comfort and joy to young patients. These experiences shaped my belief that learning should always be immersive, nurturing, and full of heart.

At MamaCrafts, I bring this same philosophy into every class, blending creativity with meaningful interactions. From sensory-based projects to seasonal activities like decorating pumpkins for Halloween, I focus on making learning fun, hands-on, and inclusive.

Every class, activity, and interaction at MamaCrafts is rooted in a deep love for creating meaningful connections through hands-on learning. While my journey in early childhood education shaped my teaching philosophy, my experiences as both an educator and a mentor have reinforced my belief that learning flourishes in nurturing, creative spaces.

Whether it’s transforming simple materials into imaginative crafts or introducing interactive sensory experiences, I aim to create an environment where children feel encouraged to express themselves freely, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love for creativity.
